God rewards those who seek His face rather than our perfection (Hebrews 11:6). His eye is upon those who seek Him. As the Apostle James declared, "Draw near to Him, and He will come to you (James 4:8). Those who are not content with religious practices shall have the desire of their heart – His fellowship.
All who knew Kevin are sad today. His commitment to bringing people together was known far and wide. He gathered a hardworking group of folks to operate in a challenging and ever-changing environment and made Penobscot Island Air a lifeline to our island communities. More than that, the office was a place where folks from every walk of life and economic status would cross paths and feel welcome. Quick with a smile and a good word, he was always ready to share his dreams for the future.

Every denomination began as a movement. When a movement stops moving, it becomes an institution, a religious organization. Organized religion embraces rituals, formulas, and principles void of the power of God. God does not inhabit rituals and traditions, but His people. Our call is to be a tabernacle for the Spirit of God. To rise and shine with the light of His glory. We are the Church of the Living God.
The Lincoln Home staff has come up with a creative utilization of space to allow safe visits with family members. Mike Knopf and Kevin Benner built a half wall with a plexiglass top to allow families to visit on one side, with the resident safely on the other side, and still outdoors with plenty of air flow. Even though this arrangement cannot replace sitting side by side, it offers loved ones a personal and meaningful experience.

Thinking of Selling? Now is a great time to clean out, de-clutter, tackle home maintenance projects and prepare your home to list. Buyers perceive a clean, pleasing environment to be a well-cared for home. It helps get the best price quickly and allows prospects to envision the space as their own.
NOW is a great time to list. By listing your property in a market with limited inventory, in a time when real estate transactions have experienced a slowdown, can result in selling in a timely fashion. The team of brokers at Newcastle Realty have been working diligently on safe ways to conduct transactions during this time period. Our staff will interact in person with distancing and masks, or by phone or video chat. All precautions are observed if we enter a home or property.
