BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court March 4-10. 

Dakota Miller, 25, of Bangor, operating under the influence in Winterport April 12, 2022, 48 hours in jail, license suspended for 180 days, and $500 fine. 

Aaron Drew, 28, of Knox, probation violation in Knox May 12, 2023, 24 months in prison and probation partially revoked. 

Brooke Burnham, 29, of Rockport, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Liberty March 30, 2024, $400 fine; violating a condition of release in Liberty March 30, 2024, $400 fine. 

Eric M. Paquin, 35, of Belfast, operating without a license in Belfast Aug. 11, 2024, $150 fine; domestic violence terrorizing in Belfast Dec. 30, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Belfast Dec. 30, dismissed; domestic violence assault in Belfast Jan. 31, six months in jail with all suspended, two years of probation and $500 restitution. 

Melissa Dyer, 47, of Searsport, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast Oct. 25, 2024, $750 fine; unlawful possession of methamphetamine in Searsport July 5, 2024, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Searsport July 5, dismissed.  

Nicholas Parker, 38, of Belmont, operating after habitual offender revocation in Belfast Jan. 23, 2025, six months in jail and $1,000 fine; violating a condition of release in Belfast Jan. 23, 2025, six months in jail. 

Kevin Grass, 55, of Monroe, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast May 6, $400 fine. 

Jared A. Felling, 40, of Ellsworth, burglary in Lincolnville Aug. 18, three years in prison and $40,000 restitution; criminal mischief in Lincolnville Aug. 18, 364 days in prison; two counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Lincolnville Aug. 18, three years in prison for each count; three counts of theft by unauthorized taking in Lincolnville Aug. 18, six months in jail for each count; two counts of burglary in Lincolnville Aug. 18, three years in prison for each count; two counts of burglary of a motor vehicle in Lincolnville Aug. 18, 364 days in prison for each count.

Michael J. Corson, 45, of Unity, operating under the influence in Thorndike Aug. 2, dismissed; reckless conduct in Thorndike Aug. 2, $1,000 fine. 

Erik Thompson, 46, of Belfast, unlawful possession of fentanyl powder in Belfast Oct. 7, 18 months in prison with all but 90 days suspended, two years of probation, and $400 fine; two counts of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast Oct. 7, $400 fine for each count; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast Nov. 5, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Belfast Nov. 5, dismissed.  

Joe P. Saucier, 48, of Belfast, violating a protection order in Belfast Oct. 13, $500 fine. 

Joshua W. Bonenfant, 46, of Augusta, domestic violence assault in Winterport Oct. 30, dismissed; obstructing the report of a crime in Winterport Oct. 30, dismissed.

Randy S. Elwell, 28, of Swanville, operating after habitual offender revocation in Belfast Nov. 3, dismissed; attaching false plates in Belfast. Nov. 3, $1,000 fine; operating while license is suspended or revoked in Belfast Nov. 3, $1,000 fine.

Devin E. Hayden, 35, of Searsport, domestic violence assault in Searsport Nov. 10, dismissed; terrorizing in Searsport Nov. 11, dismissed; threatening display of a weapon in Searsport Nov. 11, 48 hours in jail; criminal threatening in Searsport Nov. 11, dismissed. 

Alonzo Harvey, 39, of Frankfort, two counts of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Frankfort Nov. 18, $1,000 fine for count one, $400 fine for count two. 

Mark S. Belleisle, 68, of Belfast, operating under the influence in Belfast Dec. 16, license suspended for 150 days and $700 fine. 

John W. Lavway Jr., 54, of Appleton, driving to endanger in Searsmont Dec. 15, dismissed; failing to make an oral or written accident report in Searsmont Dec. 15, $500 fine; violating a condition of release in Searsmont Dec. 15, $500 fine. 

Duncan L. Pariseau, 19, of Searsport, attaching false plates in Belfast Dec. 8, $700 fine; driving to endanger in Belfast Dec. 8, license suspended for 30 days and $700 fine; operating a vehicle without a license in Belfast Dec. 8, $700 fine. 

Cody Parsons, 31, of Lewiston, domestic violence terrorizing in Winterport Feb. 8, two years in prison. 

Christopher S. Bennett, 27, Winslow, failure to register a vehicle in Prospect Dec. 13, $100 fine. 

Destiny P. Clough, 24, of Monmouth, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Unity Nov. 23, $75 fine. 

Terry J. Boivin, 61, of Morrill, operating under the influence in Morrill Nov. 29, license suspended for 150 days and $700 fine; failing to stop for an officer in Morrill Nov. 29, dismissed. 

Elijah Armstrong Elwell, 18, of Searsport, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over the speed limit in Knox Nov. 18, $400 fine. 

Christopher D. Giles, 22, of Monmouth, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Unity Nov. 23, $75 fine. 

Kellian S. Libby, 31, of Liberty, attaching false plates in Liberty Jan. 23, $100 fine. 

Emma M. Clark, 21, of Brewer, operating under the influence in Winterport Jan. 8, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine. 

Michaela Greenleaf, 27, of Frankfort, operating while license suspended or revoked in Swanville Jan. 2, dismissed. 

Djavonte J. Morrow, 21, of Brooks, attaching false plates in Brooks Dec. 6, $100 fine.
