Waldo County closed cases

    BELFAST —The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court Oct. 8-13. 

    Jennifer A. Rowan, 47, of Belfast, operating under the influence in Frankfort April 5, 2019, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked in Frankfort April 5, 2019, dismissed; operating while license suspended or revoked in Frankfort Sept. 3, 2019, $250 fine; violating a condition of release in Belfast April 2, 2020, unconditional discharge. 

    Gary D. Dean, 45, of Bangor, failure to stop for an officer in Belfast May 18, 2019, 15 days in jail; driving to endanger in Belfast May 18, 2019, 15 days in jail, license suspended for 30 days, and $575 fine; motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over the speed limit in Belfast May 18, 2019, 15 days in jail; eluding an officer in Belfast May 18, 2019, dismissed; passing a roadblock in Belfast May 18, 2019, dismissed. 

    Nicholas L. Craig, 38, of Dexter, probation violation in Burnham Sept. 26, 2019, probation partially revoked and continued, no sentence imposed.

    Basil L. Littlefield III, 38, of Northport, domestic violence assault in Frankfort May 10, 2020, two years in prison with all but six months suspended and two years of probation; operating under the influence in Knox Feb. 5, five days in jail, license suspended for 150 days, and $500 fine; violating a condition of release in Knox Feb. 5, five days in jail; driving to endanger in Knox Feb. 5, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Northport July 30, five days in jail.

    Derek Keller, 31, of Freedom, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Montville Aug. 18, 2020, three years in prison with all but nine months suspended, three years of probation, and a $400 fine.

    Phillip M. Norris Sr., 29, of Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Stockton Springs March 31, 24 hours in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Stockton Springs March 31, 24 hours in jail; fishing for or taking shellfish from a closed area in Stockton Springs May 25, $300 fine; violating a condition of release in Stockton Springs May 25, 24 hours in jail.  

    Skyler A. Mitchell, 27, of Burnham, domestic violence assault in Burnham June 9, nine months in jail with all but 45 days suspended and two years of probation; aggravated assault in Burnham June 9, dismissed.

    Jeffrey W. Rumney, 54, of Belfast, domestic violence terrorizing in Belfast July 12, six months in jail with all suspended, one year of probation, and 50 hours of community service; criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon in Belfast July 12, dismissed.

    John R. Gorham, 35, of Islesboro, operating under the influence on Islesboro June 9, 48 hours in jail, license suspended for 150 days, and $500 fine. 

    Kergan T. Perkins, 20, of Frankfort, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over the speed limit in Winterport June 14, $500 fine; violating a condition of release in Winterport June 14, $500 fine. 

    James H. Dufault, 43, of Oakland, violating a condition of release in Troy June 4, $150 fine; attaching false plates in Troy June 4, $150 fine. 

    Stuart Secotte, 55, of Lincolnville, domestic violence assault in Lincolnville Aug. 14, dismissed. 

    Silas Roberts Jr., 46, of Winterport, operating while license suspended or revoked in Winterport July 6, $500 fine. 

    Scott Brockelbank, 57, of Winterport, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Winterport June 20, 2020, dismissed. 

    Anthony L. Gathright, 19, of Winterport, minor transporting liquor in Frankfort Aug. 14, 2020, license suspended for 30 days and $200 fine.
