BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity April 10 - May 10.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
April 10
Candy S. Duprey, 37, of Unity, was issued summonses for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violating a condition of release on School Street in Unity.
April 20
Jason P. Trefethen, 47, of Winterport, was arrested for operating after suspension and attaching false plates on N. Main Street in WInterport.
May 4
Scott E. Wiseman, 28, of Morrill, was arrested for violating a condition of release on Doolan Ave in Morrill.
George Black, 38, of Winterport, was arrested for domestic violence assault on Old County Road in Winterport.
May 7
Kenneth G. McIver Jr., 59, of Monroe, was issued a summons for operating under the influence on Fisher Road in Monroe.
Edward P. Sikorski, 60, of Searsport, was issued a summons for criminal mischief on Station Road in Searsport.
