Waldo County closed cases

    BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court March 26 - April 8. 

    Abigail L. Wren, 33, of Thorndike, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Troy March 9, 2020, three months in jail and $400 fine; trafficking or furnishing an imitation scheduled drug in Troy March 12, 2020, 30 days in jail and $400 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked in Troy March 12, $250 fine. 

    Theodore Haynes Jr., 38, of Brooklyn, New York, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast Feb. 4, dismissed. 

    Kaitlyn Morris, 35, of Swanville, failing to make an oral or written accident report in Searsport Jan. 9, $200 fine. 

    Christopher E. Ramsey Sr., 51, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked in Swanville Jan. 6, dismissed.

    Cody Noyes, 19, of Searsport, operating an ATV on a public way in Winterport Jan. 2, $100 fine. 

    Dusan Dokic, 23, of Quincy, Massachusetts, reckless conduct in Liberty Nov. 27, 2018, dismissed; aggravated driving to endanger in Liberty Nov. 27, 2018, dismissed. 

    Bartolo P. Ford, 60, of Lisbon, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Auburn Sept. 15, 2008, six months in jail; theft by receiving stolen property (five counts) in Lisbon Sept. 16, 2008, Sept. 19, 2008, and Sept. 23, 2008, all dismissed. 

    Bobbi Trask, 34, of Stockton Springs, assault in Swanville Jan. 18, 2020, 24 days in jail and $300 fine. 

    John Paul S. Lewis, 66, of Islesboro, operating under the influence on Islesboro Jan. 21, 2020, 30 days in jail, license suspended for 150 days, and $500 fine; violating a condition of release on Islesboro Dec. 24, 30 days in jail; violating a condition of release in Lincolnville Feb. 25, 30 days in jail; violating a condition of release on Islesboro Jan. 19, 30 days in jail. 

    Craig Doucette, 41, of Liberty, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belmont June 5, $250 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked in Searsmont Sept. 20, dismissed; violating a protection from harassment order in Liberty Nov. 2, seven days in jail; operating while license suspended or revoked in Liberty Nov. 2, $250 fine; violating a condition of release in Liberty Nov. 2, 48 hours in jail; operating while license suspended or revoked in Morill Nov. 18, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Morill Nov. 18, dismissed; operating after habitual offender revocation in Liberty Nov. 24, 45 days in jail and $500 fine; violating a condition of release in Liberty Nov. 24, 48 hours in jail; violating a condition of release in Liberty March 16, 10 days in jail; driving to endanger in Liberty March 16, 10 days in jail, license suspended for 30 days, and $575 fine; motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over the speed limit in Liberty March 16, 10 days in jail. 

    Michael B. Libby, 37, of Phillips, harassment in Searsport July 29, dismissed; harassment in Searsport Aug. 21, unconditional discharge.

    Chandler Wilson III, 44, of Bucksport, violating a condition of release in Searsmont April 4, 48 hours in jail.
