    BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity Dec. 8 - Jan. 5. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. 

    Dec. 8 

    William Whitcomb, 39, of Monroe, was arrested for operating after suspension and operating under the influence on Patterson Hill Road. 

    Dec. 16

    Tyler Batty, 35, of Belfast, was issued summonses for attachment of false plates and violating conditions of release on Waldo Ave. 

    Dec. 26

    Sidney D. Harris, 35, of Belfast, was issued a summons for violating a condition of release on Church Street. 

    Erik Thompson, 41, of Belfast, was issued a summons for attaching false plates on Swan Lake Ave. 

    Dec. 31

    Matthew Meszaros, 30, of Bangor, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Waldo Ave. 

    Jan. 3

    Brenda L. Brown, 64, of Belfast, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Main Street.

    Jan. 5

    Michael W. Bowden, 61, of Waldo, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on Vine Street.

    John Paul Lewis, 66, of Islesboro, was issued a summons for failure to stop at a stop sign on Church Street in Belfast.

    Jan. 6

    Patricia Burleigh, 71, of Swanville, was issued a summons for failure to stop at a stop sign on Church Street. 

    Michael McKeown, 76, of Rockport, was issued a summons for failure to stop at a stop sign on Church Street. 

    Dawn Lavalley, 47, was arrested for criminal trespass on Northport Ave. 

    Jan. 8

    Crystal G. Cunningham, 29, of Searsport, was issued summonses for unlawful possession of a schedule W drug, operating after suspension, failure to register a motor vehicle, and violating a condition of release.
