    BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity Dec. 1-18. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. 

    Dec. 1

    Heidi A. Resh, 39, of Swanville, was issued a summons for theft on Route 1. 

    Dec. 3

    Harold W. Enman, 52, of Livermore Falls, was issued summonses for operating under the influence, violating conditions of release, and operating after suspension on High Street.  

    James R. Witham, 40, of Belfast, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Belmont Ave. 

    Dec. 4

    Peter D. Moody Jr., 41, of Belfast, was issued a summons for failure to use due care in a crosswalk on Main Street. 

    Dec. 6

    Randy S. Fairbrother, 42, of Prospect, was arrested for failure to appear and issued a summons for operating after suspension on Belmont Ave. 

    Dec. 7

    William E. Hiley 45, of Washington, D.C., was arrested for operating under the influence on Hatley Road.

    Dec. 8

    Corey M. Dunbar, 29, of Belfast, was arrested for violating a condition of release on R.W. Macleod Lane. 

    Maria Connors, 33, of Searsport, was issued summonses for possession of a schedule W drug and violating a condition of release on R.W. Macleod Lane. Connors was also issued a summons for violating conditions of release on Swan Lake Ave Dec. 11. 

    Zachary Joseph, 28, of Searsport, was arrested for three counts of failure to appear, possession of a schedule W drug, and violating a condition of release on R.W. Macleod Lane. 

    Dec. 10

    Chandler D. Littlefield, 51, of Frankfort, was arrested for possession of firearms by a prohibited person and violating a condition of release on Belmont Ave. 

    Dec. 11

    Sidney O. Harris, 35, of Belfast, was issued a summons for violating a condition of release on Swan Lake Ave. 

    Desiree Gerrior, 39, of Waldo, was arrested for violating a condition of release on Swan Lake Ave. 

    Dale A. Haskins, 22, of Swanville, was issued summonses for operating after suspension and violating a condition of release on Main Street.

    Daniel A. Carchide, 39, of Searsport, was issued a summons for operating under the influence on Route 3. 

    Gavin D. Cross, 39, of Belmont, was arrested for domestic violence assault. 

    Dec. 12

    Ryan S. Flannery, 34, of Bangor, was arrested for violation of a condition of release on Goodwill Drive. 

    Candra S. Leckman, 32, of Belfast, was arrested for operating after habitual offender revocation and violating a condition of release on Goodwill Drive. 

    Katelin N. Juszkiewicz, 26, of Searsport, was issued summonses for operating under the influence and unauthorized use of property on Lincolnville Ave, stemming from an incident Sept. 17. 

    Dec. 13

    Erik Thompson, 41, of Waldo, was issued a summons for attachment of false plates on Swan Lake Ave. 

    Dec. 16

    Jacob Hauk, 30, of Swanville, was issued a summons for attaching false plates on Main Street. 

    Dec. 17

    Silas G. Mehuren, 19, of Swanville, was issued summonses for driving to endanger and failure to provide proof of insurance on High Street. 

    Francis Richardson, 25, of Lincolnville, was issued a summons for violating a condition of release on Hunt Road.
