BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity Feb. 26-29. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. 

Feb. 28

Kathy S. Chazin, 71, of Monmouth, was issued a summons for speeding 62 mph in a 40 mph zone on Waterville Road. 

Benjamin C. Hamel, 37, of Swanville, was issued a summons for indecent conduct on Main Street. 

Feb. 29

Ryan L. Hall, 35, of Northport, was issued summonses for speeding 62 mph in a 40 mph zone and failure to register a vehicle on Waterville Road. 

Brett A. Mulligan, 25, of Thorndike, was issued a summons for speeding 60 mph in a 40 mph zone on Waterville Road. 

Adam D. Carnahan, 44, of Troy, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on Waldo Ave. 

Damian L. Craven, 31, of Belfast, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Searsport Ave, stemming from an incident Feb. 27. 

Howard Whitcomb, 35, of Brooks, was issued a summons for criminal trespass on Front Street.
