ROCKLAND — With the completion of the 11/12 District 2 Little League baseball tournament, the Medomak Valley all-stars were crowned district champions Friday, July 12. 

Participating in the tournament held in Rockland were Oceanside, Five Town, Medomak Valley, Lincoln County and Waldo County. 

By winning the district crown, Medomak Valley advances to the state tournament to be held in Lewiston.
