Donna M. Billings, 52, of Warren, failing to report in Rockland July 1, 2025, dismissed.

Misty D. Bowen, 33, of Rockport, criminal trespass in Rockport Sept. 18, 2023, guilty; endangering the welfare of a child, two counts, in Rockport Oct. 17, 2023, both dismissed; endangering the welfare of a child in Rockport Oct. 17, 2023, $300 fine.

Virgil W. Cameron Gray Jr., 34, of Waldoboro, theft by receiving stolen property in Warren March 9, 2025, 24 hours in jail, $94 in restitution; criminal trespass and violating condition of release both in Warren Sept. 24, 2025, 24 hours in jail.

Hillary J. Fales Haynes, 33, of Thomaston, operating under the influence (alcohol), with one prior, $700 fine, 364 days in jail with all but seven days suspended, probation one year, license suspended three years; driving to endanger in Warren April 6, 2025, $575 fine all suspended, seven days in jail.

Brian Goulding, 54, of Rockland, assault in Rockland Nov. 28, 2024, dismissed.

Lewis Hickman, 31, of Rockland, domestic violence terrorizing in Rockland Dec. 11, 2024, 364 days in jail all suspended, probation one year.

Anthony Hooper, 46, of Tenants Harbor, operating a motor vehicle without an ignition interlock device Rockland Jan. 7, 2023, dismissed.

Cassandra Horton, 34, Liberty, theft on Nov. 2, 2024 in Thomaston, dismissed.

Peter Anker Jorgensen, 74, of South Thomaston, operating under the influence (alcohol) in South Thomaston April29, 2024, $500 fine, license suspended 150 days.

Jason R. Kaler, 51, of Camden, selling liquor without a license, two counts, in Rockport Sept. 4 and Nov. 13, 2024, both dismissed; unlawfully possessing alcohol in Rockport Sept. 4, 2024, dismissed.

Devon Kroesser, 28, of Washington, violating protection order in Washington Sept. 29, 2025, 24 hours jail.

Marisa K. Libby, 28, of Camden, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Rockland Oct. 23, 2024, $750 fine, restitution $38.26; violating condition of release in Rockland Oct. 23, 2024, $250 fine.

Roman S. Mank, 43, of Warren, violating condition of release in Rockland July 16, 2025, 24 hours jail.

Robert McKinney, 30, of Portland, terrorizing in Rockland June 11, 2025, three years in jail with all but six months suspended, probation two years.

Keagan H. McWilliams, 30, of Rockland, operating while license suspended or revoked and violating condition of release both in Rockland Feb. 1, 2025, $250 fine for each count; operating while license suspended or revoked in Rockland Sept. 13, 2024, dismissed.

Derek Orff, 47, of Cushing, criminal threatening in Rockland June 22, 2024, dismissed; disorderly conduct, offensive wors, gestures in Rockland June 22, 2024, 90 days in jail; violating condition of release and unlawful possession of scheduled drug both in Cushing Sept. 2024, both dismissed; criminal trespass and violating condition of release both in Cushing Sept. 2, 2024, 90 days in jail.

Ronald A. Paton, 59, of Waldoboro, operating under the influence (alcohol) in Warren July 26, 2023, dismissed.

Daniel Rapp, 22, of Hope, operating under the influence (alcohol) in Union March 29, 2025, $500 fine, license suspended 150 days.

Adam Roberson, 42, of Monroe, illegal possession of a firearm in Rockland Dec. 4, 2024, $500 fine, 30 days in jail all suspended, probation six months;  unsworn falsification in Rockland Dec. 4, 2024, dismissed.

Lucas B. Ross, 28, of Owls Head, unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Warren Sept. 28, 2025, $400 fine.

Aiden C. Sawyer, 21, of Union, operating under the influence (alcohol), no test, in Rockland April 12, 2025, $500 fine, 10 days in jail, license suspended 275 days; operating vehicle without license (conditions and restrictions) in Rockland April 12, 2025, 10 days in jail.

Bronson R. Simmons, 37, of Hope, probation violation for original conviction of criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon in Rockland June 19, 2029.

Jacquelin J. Smollett, 42, Cushing, forgery, theft, misuse of identification, all on July 10, 2024 in Rockland, 60 days in jail and restitution of $450; criminal attempt and two counts of violating condition of release, six months with an unconditional discharge.

Aaron L. Sullivan, 36, of Brewer, operating while license suspended or revoked (operating under the influence) and violating condition of release, both in Rockland April 14, 2025, both dismissed.

Ali Techentin, 28, of Lincolnville, operating under the influence (alcohol) in Rockland May 9, 2025, $750 fine, license suspended 150 days.

Chad V. Walters, 31, of Rockland, domestic violence assault in Rockland April 26, 2024, dismissed; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures in Rockland April 26, 2024, $250 fine.

Kaelyn L. Williams, 30, Belfast, assault on Oct. 26, 2024 in Rockland, seven days in jail, $300 fine; refusing to submit to arrest, seven days jail; criminal trespass, seven days jail; disorderly conduct, seven days; violating condition of release, seven days in jail; domestic violence assault and criminal mischief on March 28, 2025 in Rockland, both dismissed; disorderly conduct, refusing to submit to arrest, and violating condition of release on March 28, 2025 in Rockland, seven days in jail.
