Russell Brackett II, 67, of South Thomaston, domestic violence assault in Rockland July 14, 2025, dismissed.

April M. Campo, 34, of Lincolnville, operating without safety equipment in Union July 26, 2025, $100 fine.

William F. Costigan Jr., 64, of Northport, probation violation on a prior conviction of drug trafficking in scheduled drugs on Vinalhaven July 27, 2018, nine months in jail, probation partially revoked; failing to report in Rockland June 14, 2024, six months in jail.

John J.B. Curtin, 25, of St. George, probation violation of a prior domestic violence assault conviction in Rockland Dec. 21, 2021, 13 days in jail, probation partially revoked; failing to stop for an officer in Thomaston Aug. 1, 2025, 14 days in jail; driving to endanger in Rockland Aug.5, 2025, dismissed; motor vehicle speeding more than 30 miles per hour over the speed limit in Rockland Aug. 5, 2025, $1,000 fine, 14 days in jail.

Matthew D. Deane, 45, of Camden, operating under the influence (alcohol) in Rockland July 16, 2023, dismissed; reckless conduct in Rockland July 16, 2023, $500 fine.

Douglas P. Frost, 35, of Waldoboro, operating under the influence (alcohol) in Warren April 19, 2024, dismissed; driving to endanger in Warren April 19, 2024, $575 fine, license suspended 30 days.

Sidney W. Harris, 40, of Vinalhaven, probation violation for original conviction of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, with priors, in Rockland June 30, 2022, six months in jail, probation partially revoked; operating after habitual offender revocation, with one prior, on Vinalhaven April 14, 2025, $1,000 fine, six months in jail.

Howard J. Harrington IV, 47, of Rockland, driving to endanger in Rockland Jan. 1, 2024, dismissed.

Greg Howland, 69, of Marathon, Fla., assault in St. George July 7, 2025, dismissed.

Shawn Michael Jones, 38, of Warren, terrorizing in Rockport July 9, 2025 in Rockport, six months in jail; criminal trespass in Rockport July 9, 2025, 30 days in jail.

Hannah C. Labbe, 36, of Thomaston, operating under the influence (alcohol) and endangering the welfare of a child both in Rockport June 14, 2025, both dismissed.

Devon McMahan, 39, of Rockland, littering in Rockland May 16, 2025, $50 fine.

Caroline J. Norton, 46, of Camden, allowing dog to be at large in Camden Aug. 6, 2025, $50 fine.

Eliza A. Schecter, 32, of Bethel, Conn., operating under the influence (alcohol) in Rockland June 28, 2025, $500 fine, license suspended 150 days.

Ariana E.
