BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity Oct. 23 - Nov. 3.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
Oct. 23
Dallas Lane, 28, of Frankfort, was arrested for terrorizing and having a loaded firearm in a motor vehicle on Swanville Road.
Oct. 25
Katelin Ellsworth, 31, of Swanville, was arrested for unlawful possession of a schedule W drug, unsworn falsification, and violating a condition of release on N. Searsport Road in Frankfort.
Thomas Edgecomb, 34, of Searsmont, was arrested for failing to report and failure to appear.
Jade McAvoy, 22, of Searsport, was arrested for unlawful possession of a schedule W drug on N. Searsport Road in Frankfort.
Oct. 26
Coleman B. Dodd, 29, of Appleton, was issued summonses for attaching false plates and displaying a fictitious inspection sticker on Pinnacle Road in Liberty.
Nov. 1
Shawn Yennie, 21, of Dexter, was arrested for assault in Burnham.
