Belfast — Police reported the following activity Oct. 22-29.

An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

Nov. 9

Mandy Mosher, 37, of Belfast, was issued summonses for assault and violating a condition of release on High Street. 

Nov. 14

Jessica L. Harris, 45, of Ashburnham, Massachusetts, was arrested for two counts of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, and refusing to submit to arrest or detention on Church Street.

Nov. 19

Devin A. McDonnell, 37, of Stonington, was arrested for failure to appear.

Nov. 23

Kevin Jewell, 38, of Searsport, was arrested for two counts of violating a protection order, three counts of violating a condition of release, domestic violence assault, and assault.
