Waldo County Sheriff's beat
BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity Nov. 16-24.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
Nov. 16
Damian Blain, 34, of Council Bluffs, Iowa, was arrested for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and two counts of burglary of a motor vehicle on N. Main Street in Winterport.
Nov. 19
Heidi A. Resh, 44, of Swanville, was issued summonses for unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs on Bailey Road in Knox, and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Veterans Highway in Brooks.
Alex De Lugo Guerrero Cesar, 24, was arrested for aggravated trafficking in a schedule W drug, unlawful trafficking of a schedule W drug, and refusing to submit to arrest or detention in Knox.
David Diaz, 38, was arrested for aggravated trafficking in a scheduled drug, unlawful trafficking of a scheduled drug, and refusing to submit to arrest or detention in Knox.
