BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity Sept. 10 - Oct. 8.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
Sept. 10
Jaxon Mushero, 18, of Monroe, was arrested for domestic violence assault, obstructing the report of a crime, and driving to endanger in Waldo County.
Sept. 25
Victoria Cerys, 32, of Troy, was issued a summons for criminal trespass on Stagecoach Road in Stockton Springs.
Sept. 26
Robert A. Mitchell, 40, of Unity, was issued a summons for operating with a revoked license on Thorndike Road in Unity.
Sept. 28
Elijah S. Armstrong, 18, of Searsport, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Route 1A in Searsport.
Sept. 30
Bryan C. Mahonen, 46, of Knox, was issued summonses for violating a condition of release and attaching false plates on Purple Heart Highway in Brooks.
Oct. 1
Devin S. Aldus, 30, of Searsmont, was issued a summons for criminal speed on Moosehead Trail in Jackson.
Oct. 3
Yzebella M. Woodbury, 20, of Swanville, was issued a summons for domestic violence assault on Stevens Road in Swanville.
Oct. 6
Troy Thomas Jr., 41, of Embden, was arrested on a warrant.
