Beau D. Belajonas, 44, of Thomaston, burglary in Owls Head Sept. 14, 2025, dismissed; criminal trespass in Owls Head Sept. 14, 2025, unconditional discharge.

Brendan D. Boutin, 23, of Frankfort, gross sexual assault, two counts, in Rockland July 16 and 17, 2024, both counts dismissed;  domestic violence aggravated assault, two counts, in Rockland July 16 and 17, 2024, 10 years in jail with all but three years suspended, probation three years; domestic violence criminal threatening and criminal restraint both in Rockland July 17, 2024, six months in jail; criminal mischief and violating condition of release both in Rockland July 17, 2024, 30 days in jail.

Dustin B. Brooks, 39, of Litchfield, probation violation on a prior conviction of domestic violence assault and tampering with a witness, informant, juror or victim in St. George Oct. 3, 2022, 17 months in prison, probation partially revoked.

Brooke Burnham, 29, of Bristol, violating condition of release in Warren Oct. 15, 2025, $400 fine.

Sirenna J. Butler, 24, of Warren, domestic violence criminal threatening in Warren May 3, 2024, $600 fine.

Abigayle Cox, 28, of Spruce Head, obstructing government administration in Rockland Oct. 12, 2025, $250 fine; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures in Rockland Oct. 12, 2025, $250 fine all suspended; violating condition of release in Rockland Oct. 12, 2025, $250 fine all suspended.

Bailee A. Cox, 29, of Warren, disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures in Rockland Oct. 12, 2025 in Rockland, $250 fine.

Austin Cross, 21, of Warren, operating under the influence (alcohol) in Warren Sept. 19, 2025, $500 fine, license suspended 150 days; furnishing liquor to a minor in Warren Sept. 19, 2025, $250 fine all suspended.

Heath Curtis, 43, of South Thomaston, untagged lobster traps, Chapter 25, on Vinalhaven, $100 fine.

Annie M. Gross, 38, Warren, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Rockport April 2, 2024, $400 fine; aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs in Rockport April 21, 2024, dismissed; unlawful possession of fentanyl powder in Rockland April 14, 2025, dismissed; unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Rockland March 31, 2025, dismissed; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, two counts, in Rockland April 14, 205, both dismissed; unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Rockland Jan. 1, 2026, $400 fine with $200 of the fine suspended; violating condition of release in Rockland Jan. 1, 2026, guilty.

C. Edward Libby, 85, of Camden, operating under the influence (drugs or combination) in Camden June 17, 2025, dismissed.

James P. Lord, 45, of Rockland, domestic violence assault in St. George Oct. 21, 2025; operating under the influence (alcohol), with one prior, in Spruce Head Oct. 21, 2025, $700 fine, 180 days in jail with all but 10 days suspended, probation one year, license suspended three years; endangering the welfare of a child and disorderly conduct, offensive words, and gestures all in Spruce Head Oct. 21, 2025, 48 hours in jail.

Ian Mead, 37, of Rockland, criminal trespass in Rockland Oct. 10, 2025, $250 fine; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures in Rockland Oct. 10, 2025, $250 fine all suspended.

Mariha Murphy, 27, of Pittsfield, domestic violence assault in Rockland, with priors, in Rockland April 17, 2025, dismissed; domestic violence assault in Rockland April 17, 2025, 364 days in jail with all but 14 days suspended, probation one year.

Courtney M. Oldrin, 57, of Rockport, operating under the influence (alcohol) in Camden Sept. 17, 2025, $500 fine, 72 hours in jail, license suspended 150 days.

Monica Anthony-Pinto, 36, of Bangor, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, with priors, on Vinalhaven Jan. 22, 2019, 27 months in jail, probation partially revoked; forgery on Vinalhaven Jan. 22, 2019, probation partially revoked; unlawful trafficking in drugs in Rockland June 3, 2023, $400 fine, 30 months in jail; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Rockland June 3, 2023, $400 fine all suspended, 30 months in jail; violating condition of release, two counts, in Rockland June 3, 2023 and April 17, 2024, six months in jail; refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force in Thomaston Sept. 12, 2025, six months in jail; refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force and violating condition of release all in Rockland July 26, 2024, six months in jail.

James H. Poole II, 43, of Vinalhaven, operating under the influence (alcohol) on Vinalhaven Nov. 20, 2021, $750 fine, license suspended 150 days.

Annmarie H. Sanford, 54, of Cushing, operating under the influence (alcohol) in Warren June 24, 2025, $750 fine, license suspended 150 days.

Ronald M. Shellman, 52, of Warren, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Rockport, March 22, 2024, 14 days in jail; fishing for elvers without visible tag in Camden May 29, 2025, $2,000 fine all suspended; unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Rockland Aug. 2, 2025, $400 fine all suspended, seven days in jail; unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Rockland Aug. 2, 2025, $400 fine, seven days in jail; violating condition of release in Rockland Aug. 2, 2025, seven days in jail.

Jordyn Walker, 26, of Camden, theft by unauthorized taking or transfers, with priors, in Rockport July 16, 2025, $400 fine, two years in jail all suspended, probation, probation two years.  

Samuel T. Ward, 24, of Rockland, 24, of Rockland, unlawfully permit operation of ATV in Cushing Sept. 27, 2025, $200 fine.

Joshua Warren, 35, of Brunswick, operating under the influence (alcohol) in Warren Aug. 7, 2025, $500 fine, 72 hours in jail, license suspended 150 days.

Keith Westcott, 55, of Lynnfield, Mass., criminal mischief in Camden Sept. 15, 2025, dismissed.

Mason J. Wilmot, 28, of Friendship, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Rockport Oct. 7, 2025, dismissed.

Seth M. Young, 27, of South Thomaston, operating under the influence (alcohol), with one prior, in Rockland Jan. 3, 2025, $700 fine, 10 days in jail, license suspended three years; operating while license suspended or revoked, with one prior, in Rockland Jan. 3, 2025, dismissed; operating while license suspended or revoked in Rockland and South Thomaston May 22, 2025 and Aug. 26, 2025, $500 in total fines all suspended; violating condition of release in Rockland and South Thomaston May 22, 2025 and Aug. 26, 2025, both dismissed.
