Makayla Batty, 29, of Rockland, unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Rockland July 11, 2025, dismissed.
Beau D. Belajonas, 44, of Thomaston, burglary in Owls Head Sept. 14, 2025, dismissed; criminal trespass in Owls Head Sept. 14, 2025, unconditional discharge.
Brendan D. Boutin, 23, of Frankfort, gross sexual assault, two counts, in Rockland July 16 and 17, 2024, both counts dismissed; domestic violence aggravated assault, two counts, in Rockland July 16 and 17, 2024, 10 years in jail with all but three years suspended, probation three years; domestic violence criminal threatening and criminal restraint both in Rockland July 17, 2024, six months in jail; criminal mischief and violating condition of release both in Rockland July 17, 2024, 30 days in jail.
Dustin B. Brooks, 39, of Litchfield, probation violation on a prior conviction of domestic violence assault and tampering with a witness, informant, juror or victim in St. George Oct. 3, 2022, 17 months in prison, probation partially revoked.
Brooke Burnham, 29, of Bristol, violating condition of release in Warren Oct. 15, 2025, $400 fine.
Sirenna J. Butler, 24, of Warren, domestic violence criminal threatening in Warren May 3, 2024, $600 fine.

Gross, 38, Warren, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Rockport April 2, 2024, $400 fine; aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs in Rockport April 21, 2024, dismissed; unlawful possession of fentanyl powder in Rockland April 14, 2025, dismissed; unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Rockland March 31, 2025, dismissed; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, two counts, in Rockland April 14, 205, both dismissed; unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Rockland Jan. 1, 2026, $400 fine with $200 of the fine suspended; violating condition of release in Rockland Jan. 1, 2026, guilty.
