BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Department reported the following activity Oct. 10-22.

An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

Oct. 10

Jennifer B. Stevens, 57, of Newcastle, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Bishop Road in Troy. 

Oct. 14

Micah D. Ross, 36, of Gorham, was issued a summons for violating a condition of release on Veterans Highway in Brooks. 

Oct. 17

Linda Allen, 59, of Unity, was arrested for disorderly conduct on School Street in Unity. 

Oct. 18

Dwight W. Geel Jr., 34, of Winterport, was arrested for violating a condition of release on N. Main Street in Winterport.
