    BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Department reported the following activity April 2-15. 

    An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

    April 2

    Mitchell McPartlin, 39, of Portland, was issued a summons for violation a condition of release on Route 3 in Liberty. 

    April 3

    Brittney Hegstrom, 27, of Brooks, was issued a summons for operating under the influence on Atlantic Highway in Northport. 

    Eric W. Levangie, 49, of  Belfast, was issued a summons for operating under the influence on Atlantic Highway in Northport. 

    April 8

    Zachary D. Buckley, 33, of Freedom, was issued a summons for operating under the influence on Route 3 in Searsmont. 

    April 9

    Zachary Starr, 25, of Thomaston, was issued a summons for operating under the influence and operating without a license on Route 52 in Lincolnville.
