BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity July 5-15. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

June 29 (late entries)

Elizabeth Dumai, 33, of Burnham, was arrested for aggravated reckless conduct and criminal threatening on Mount Road in Burnham. 

Christopher Beal, 36, of Swanville, was issued a summons for criminal mischief on Oak Hill Road in Swanville. 

July 5

Ricky Seekins, 47, of Brooks, was arrested for failure to submit to arrest or detention on Purple Heart Highway in Brooks. 

July 6

Robert Hunt, 58, of Brooks, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Purple Heart Highway in Brooks. 

July 8

Corporal Darrin Moody responded to the scene of a single-vehicle accident on Main Road South in Frankfort where an operator failed to stay in their proper lane, causing their vehicle to leave the roadway. After leaving the roadway the 2014 Volvo traveled off-road and through the plastic fence and yard of a private residence. The victim, who was described in the accident report as fatigued or asleep, was uninjured in the crash and the vehicle sustained minor damage. 

July 9

Corporal Moody responded to the scene of a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of Hamm Road, Loggin Road, and Marsh Stream Road in Frankfort where the driver of a westbound 2012 GMC struck a second vehicle while attempting to pass. The driver reportedly thought the 2009 Chevy ahead of it was turning right onto Hamm Road and attempted to pass on the left. The GMC was actually turning left, leading to the two vehicles colliding. Both drivers were uninjured and both vehicles sustained minor damage. 

July 10

Jessica Small, 39, of Dixmont, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle on North Main Street in Winterport. 

Colleen Comer-Hansen, 62, of Deer Isle, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on Lebanon Road in Winterport. 

Arich Hawes, 22, of Winterport, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on Coles Corner in Winterport. 

Jodi L. Gardener, 50, of Brooks, was issued summonses for operating an unregistered motor vehicle (30-150 days past expiration), use of drug paraphernalia, and unlawful possession of a schedule W drug on Route 7 in Jackson. 

Krystal Robbins, 22, of Brooks, was issued a summons for operating after suspension.
