BELFAST — The Troy Howard eighth grade and Lincolnville boys basketball teams met on the hardwood for a Busline League contest Thursday, Dec. 19 in Belfast. 

Troy Howard held a 17-10 advantage after the first quarter before Lincolnville tied the game at 23 at the half. Troy Howard regained the lead 39-35 after the third quarter en route to a 57-48 win. 

Scoring for Lincolnvile were Mason Clark (13 points), Thomas Leadbetter (nine), Hayden Davis (eight), Sage Burgess (seven), Avery Luft (six), Kaden Wood (two), Preston Rossiter (two) and R.J. Bixby (one).

Scoring for Troy Howard were Veilleux (13 points), Abbott (11), Lovejoy (eight), Osborne (eight), Weatherington (eight), Littlefield (six), Castro (two) and Dyer (one).

The next game for Lincolnville be Thursday, Jan. 2 on the road against Oceanside. 

The next game for Troy Howard will be Friday, Dec. 20 on the road against Drinkwater.
