CAMDEN — The Mid-Coast Board of REALTORS announce the recipients of its 2026 REALTOR of the Year honors: Kim Rush, Designated Broker of The Christopher Group, as the Acadia Council REALTOR of the Year, and Victoria Condon, Broker/Owner of Dwelling in Maine, as the Pen Bay Council REALTOR of the Year. 

The REALTOR of the Year award recognizes members who exemplify professionalism, ethical leadership, and outstanding service to their clients, communities, and the REALTOR organization.

Kim Rush has been a dedicated leader at the local, state, and national levels, serving as Acadia Council President in 2025 and currently as 2026 President of the Mid-Coast Board of REALTORS, according to The Mid-Coast Board of REALTORS, in a news release. She also serves as a Director for the Maine Association of REALTORS and is actively involved with the National Association of REALTORS. 

Victoria Condon has demonstrated exceptional leadership throughout her career, serving as Pen Bay Council President in 2024 and Mid-Coast Board President in 2025. Through advocacy, mentorship, and professional engagement, she continues to strengthen the real estate profession and is on track to serve as President of the Maine Association of REALTORS in 2028. 

The Mid-Coast Board of REALTORS, through its Acadia and Pen Bay Councils, supports real estate professionals across Midcoast Maine by promoting education, ethical business practices, advocacy, and leadership within the industry.
