Medomak goes 3-1 against Troy Howard; Oceanside 8th boys win

Busline League middle school basketball action continued Wednesday, Dec. 14 across the Midcoast.

7th girls: Medomak 48, Troy Howard 28

Medomak maintained quarterly advantages of 12-1, 24-5 and 42-12.

Scoring for Medomak were Anna Reed (12), Brianna Neal (12), Sienna Lee (eight), Olivia Campbell (eight), Ari Pierpont (four), Maggie Martin (four). 

Scoring for Troy Howard were Kamynn Wadsworth (12), Avery Adams (10), Jordan Wight (four) and Kaelyn Jackson (two). 

7th boys: Medomak 47, Troy Howard 12

Medomak maintained quarterly advantages of 11-2, 28-6 and 39-12. 

Scoring for Medomak were Carter Jackson (13), Judd Gamage (seven), Miles Luellen (six), Jacoby McDaniel (four), Silas Ripley (four), Trent Wallace (three), Grady Emerson (three), Owen Anderson (two), Jaydiin Ruiz (two) and Liam Doughty (two).

Scoring for Troy Howard were Alex Miller (two), Kale Fowler (two), Kellen Harvey (four), Ross Philbrook (two) and Krys Cunningham (two).  

8th girls: Troy Howard 33, Medomak 32

Troy Howard held quarterly advantages of 9-0, 17-8 and 22-20. 

Belfast took an early lead and scored 9 points in the first quarter while MMS was held scoreless.  In the 2nd quarter MMS battled and BOTH teams put up 8 points each. So going into halftime Belfast was up 17 to 8.

Scoring for Medomak were Paige Gerlack (five), Sidney Nicholls (six), Rachel Barbour (three), Grace Havener (three), Molly Emerson (eight) and Lilly Hills (seven). 
 
Scoring for Troy Howard were Kaitlyn Ryan (three), Teagan Harvey (three), Jaedyn Brady (nine), Emma Tripp (12) and Kloe Luce (six). 
 
8th boys: Medomak 61, Troy Howard 44
 
Medomak held quarterly advantages of 13-6, 32-18 and 49-29. 
 

Scoring for Medomak were Kollin Donlin (21), Brayden Nadeau (11), Landon Morrison (10), Landon Starr (six), Andrew Flanders (five), Zachary Curtis (two), Wyatt Hood (two), Landon Lewis (two) and Liam Feeley (two). 

Scoring for Troy Howard were Brody Balicki (23), Hayden Brimer (eight), Aiden Howard (six), Cole Gerrish (four), Garak Brimer (two) and Justin Massey (one). 

8th boys: Oceanside 84, Great Salt Bay 44

Oceanside possessed quarterly advantages of 19-13, 40-20 and 70-27. 

Scoring for Great Salt Bay were Camden McCool (two), George Siegel (three), James Hanley (six), Braden Bessy (two), Forest Storer (19), Bear Grandy (one), Griffin Beavis (11). 

Scorers for Oceanside were Trevin Ripley (24), Landen Weaver (17), Maddox Lowell (14), Alonzo Hoose (12), Grady Geretz (eight), Nicholas Tripp (four), Keagan Simms (three) and Levi Murphy (two).
