Medomak 7th girls basketball bests Great Salt Bay
DAMARISCOTTA — The Medomak seventh grade girls basketball team traveled to Damariscotta for a Busline League contest against Great Salt Bay.
Medomak held quarterly leads of 11-4, 21-7 and 27-14 en route to a 38-22 victory.
Scoring for Medomak were Sadie Knight (four points, one rebound, one steal), Emily Richards (six points, two rebounds, one assist), Lilly Christ (five points, seven rebounds, two steals), Kytana Williamson (nine points, three rebounds, five assists, seven steals, one block), Audrey Jackson (six points, 11 rebounds, five assists, four blocks) and Erica Waite (eight points, three rebounds, one steal).
Also contributing for Medomak were Paige Jarvis (one rebound, one assist, two steals) and Skylar Hills (three rebounds, two steals).
Scoring for Great Salt Bay were Maggie Thompson (eight points), Mya Krawie (two points), Tallullah Marks (four points) and Scarlett O’Brien (eight points).
The next game for Medomak will be Wednesday, Jan. 15 on the road against Oceanside in a regular season finale showdown.
