ROCKLAND – The following cases were closed in Knox County Court from June 15-22.
Caleb L. Barter, 25, of Friendship, domestic violence assault in Friendship Oct. 10, 2025, 364 days in jail, all suspended, probation two years; domestic violence criminal threatening in Friendship Oct. 10, 2025, $200 fine; violating condition of release in Friendship Oct. 10, 2025, $200 fine with the fine all suspended.
Chad Benner, 42, of Friendship, kidnapping, domestic violence assault, obstructing report of a crime, criminal restraint, and cruelty to animals in Friendship Set. 29, 2025. According to the court document filed in Knox County Court, Assistant District Attorney Mari Wells said that the charges were dismissed due to the unavailability of witnesses; terrorizing in Cushing Nov. 24, 2025, $1,500 fine; criminal threatening in Cushing Nov. 24, 2025, dismissed; violating condition of release in Cushing Nov. 24, 2025, $1,000 fine; reckless conduct in Cushing Nov. 24, 2025, dismissed.
Forest M. Boucher, 27, of Austin, Texas, operating under the influence (alcohol) in Camden Sept.10, 2025, $500 fine, license suspended 150 days.
Scott Bradford, 52, of Rockland, indecent conduct in Rockland Oct. 5, 2025, 24 hours in jail.
Timothy Choiniere, 32, of South Thomaston, violating fishing rule in Rockport April 10, 2026, $100 fine.
Tony Coco, 27, of Rockland, criminal trespass in Rockland Feb. 20, 2026, five days in jail; criminal trespass and violating condition of release both in Rockland March 16, 2026, five days in jail.

Bradford Francis, 40, of Waldoboro, domestic violence assault in Warren Jan. 1, 2025, dismissed; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures in Warren Jan. 1, 2025, $750 fine.
Blake E. Gray, 67, of Thomaston, disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures in Thomaston Nov. 26, 2025, $100 fine; criminal trespass in Thomaston Nov. 26, 2025, dismissed.
Nicholas A, Gray, 32, of Rockland, criminal threatening and violating condition of release both in Rockland June 23, 2025, four days in jail; assault in Rockland June 17, 2025, $300 fine, four days in jail; indecent conduct and violating condition of release both in Rockland Oct. 21, 2025, 24 hours in jail.
Poppy Johanson, 18, of Camden, minor possessing liquor in Camden May 1, 2026, $200 fine.
Hannah C. Leaman, 41, of Tenants Harbor, aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs in Rockland Jan. 15, 2025, dismissed; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Rockland Jan. 15, 2025, $400 fine, three years in jail with all but 59 days suspended, probation two years; aggravated assault and criminal threatening both in Rockland Jan. 15, 2025, both dismissed.
Kiune Montevious McClain, 29, Rockland, aggravated assault in Rockland June 22, 2025, seven years in prison with all but two years suspended, probation three years; criminal threatening and refusing to submit to arrest, detention, and refusing to stop all in Rockland June 22, 2025, 90 days in jail.
Aiden T. Merrill, 19, of Rockport, operating under the influence (alcohol) in Rockport Nov. 29, 2025, $1,000 fine, license suspended 150 days; motor vehicle speeding more than 30 miles per hour over the limit in Rockport Nov. 29, 2025, $500 fine with fine all suspended; operating without a license (conditions and restrictions), in Rockport Nov. 29, 2025, $200 fine with fine all suspended.
Joshua Mishoe, 34, of Waldoboro, domestic violence aggravated assault in Cushing July 8, 2024, three years in jail with all but six months suspended, probation four years, restitution of $3737.24; violating protective in Cushing July 8, 2024, six months in jail.
Julia Nora Neher, 33, of Rockland, allowing dog to be at large in Rockland May 6, 2026, $100 fine.
Aislinn R. Peavey, 20, of Waldoboro, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Camden May 13, 2026, restitution of $87.96.
Bryan Rolerson, 37, of Rockland, unlawful possession of fentanyl powder in Rockland Oct. 6, 2024, $400 fine; illegal possession of a firearm and attaching false plates in Rockland Oct. 6, 2024, both guilty; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, two counts, in Rockland Oct. 6, 2024, $400 fine for each count with both fines suspended.
Mitchell Sawyer, 44, of Thomaston, possessing lobster beyond minimum or maximum size in St. George March 30, 2025, $1,000 fine.
Laura L. Soule, 51, of Rockland, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Thomaston Nov. 12, 2025, $250 fine, restitution of $42.71.
Jean Paul Vallee, 63, of Lewiston, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs in Rockland March 18, 2026, $400 fine.
Jordan A. Luce Warren, 21, of Union, operating snowmobile under the influence in South Thomaston Feb. 13, 2026, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail.
Xavier Barret Woodbury, 21, of St. George, failure to notify of motor vehicle accident in Friendship July 20, 2025, $250 fine.
