Knox County Criminal Docket closed cases
ROCKLAND – The following cases were closed in the state court in Knox County from April 28-May 4.
Jennifer Benner, 25, of Waldoboro, domestic violence assault in Washington June 16, 2024, dismissed; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures in Washington June 16, 2024, $300 fine; violating condition of release in Washington July 27, 2024, dismissed.
Sandra Benner, 65, of South Thomaston, operating under the influence (drugs or combination) in Rockland Aug. 1, 2025, $500 fine, license suspended 150 days; unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, two counts, in Rockland Aug. 1, 2025, $800 total fines for both incidents all suspended.
Randall Blasius, 34, of Friendship, lobster and crab fishing without a license in Friendship Nov. 23, 2025, $500 fine.
Tianna M. Brancella, 30, of Rockland, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Thomaston Nov. 12, 2024, 30 days in jail; violating condition of release in Warren Oct. 28, 2025, 30 days in jail; operating while license suspended or revoked (operating under the influence) in Warren Oct. 28, 2025, dismissed; unlawful possession of fentanyl powder in Warren Dec. 11, 2025, $400 fine with the fine all suspended, 30 days in jail; violating condition of release in Warren Dec. 11, 2025, 30 days in jail.
Sheila A. Clark, 74, of Camden, operating under the influence (alcohol), no test, in Rockland Dec. 23, 2024, dismissed; driving to endanger in Rockland Dec. 23, 2024, $575 fine, license suspended 30 days.
Tony Coco, 27, of Rockland, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Rockland Feb. 7, 2026, 48 hours in jail, restitution of $65.49; criminal trespass in Rockland Feb. 15, 2026, 48 hours in jail.
Alexis C. Doyle, 24, of Tenants Harbor, operating under the influence (alcohol) in Rockland Dec. 31, 2024, dismissed; driving to endanger in Rockland Dec. 31, 2024, $575 fine, license suspended 30 days.
Margaret Harris, 36, of Owls Head, operating under the influence (alcohol) in Rockland Aug. 2, 2025, $750 fine, license suspended 150 days.
Joshua Haskell, 38, of Owls Head, assault in an emergency room in Rockport Oct. 13, 2025, dismissed; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, and criminal mischief all in Owls Head Oct. 13, 2025, all dismissed.
Samuel Higgins, 41, of Union, driving to endanger in Rockport Nov. 15, 2024, dismissed.
Richard Ivey, 65, of Warren, operating under the influence (alcohol) in Thomaston Nov. 12, 2024, dismissed; driving to endanger in Thomaston Nov 12, 2024, $575 fine, license suspended 30 days.
Deborah Letourneau, 61, of Rockland, operating after habitual offender revocation, four counts, with priors, in Rockland and Thomaston on July 11, 2025, June 30, 2025 (Rockland dates), July 2, 2025, and July 10, 2025 (Thomaston dates), $4,000 total fines with $3,500 of the fine suspended; tampering with a witness, informant, juror or victim in Rockland July 15, 2025, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Thomaston July 10, 2025, dismissed; failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident in Thomaston July 10, 2025, 30 days in jail.
