Knox County Criminal Docket closed cases
ROCKLAND – The following cases were closed in the state court in Knox County from April 20-28.
Jason Troy Blackler, 49, of Friendship, failing to make oral or written accident report in Friendship Jan. 20, 2025, dismissed.
Chad Leroy Burns, 57, of Waldoboro, illegal possession of firearm in Friendship June 22, 2025, guilty; aggravated assault, violating protective order, and violating condition of release, all in Friendship Aug. 2, 2025, guilty on all counts; engaging in activities while suspended in Friendship June 20, 2025, $500 fine.
Richard L. Devries, 87, of Westport, operating under the influence (alcohol) in Rockland May 2, 2025, dismissed.
Amy L. Drown, 51, of Warren, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Thomaston March 23, 2026, $500 fine and restitution of $20.
Tyler Dustin, 31, of Camden, assault in Thomaston Jan. 6, 2026, $300 fine.
Kristina J. Ferguson, 26, of St. George, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in St. George Feb. 22, 2026, $250 fine; violating condition of release in St. George on Feb. 22, 2026, $250 fine with all of the fine suspended.
David J. Header, 55, of Falmouth, hand fishing sea urchin without a license in St. George Feb. 20, 2026, $500 fine.
Ari Hecht, 64, of Cliffside, N.J., operating under the influence (alcohol) in Rockland June 2, 2024, $750 fine, license suspended 150 days; operating while license suspended or revoked and violating condition of release both in Rockland June 6, 2025, $250 fine with all of the fine all suspended.
Kenneth L. Hill, 37, of Portland, violating conditions of release, two counts, in Rockland Dec. 10, 2024, both dismissed.
Keasha Johnson, 24, of Washington, violating condition of release in Washington June 30, 2025, $500 fine; violating condition of release in Washington June 30, 2025, $500 fine with all of the fine suspended.
Lynn M. Jones, 61, of Rockland, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, three counts, in Rockland Jan. 24, 2026, $500 fine; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Thomaston Jan. 31, 2026, $500 fine with all of the fine suspended, restitution of $58.97; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Thomaston Feb. 6, 2026, $500 fine with all of the fine suspended.
Devon Kroesser, 29, of Somerville, violating protection order, two counts, both in Washington Oct.30, 2025 and Nov. 1, 2025, guilty on both counts.
Jarred W. Long, 56, of Cushing, fishing without a valid license in Hope Jan. 19, 2026, $100 fine.
Joshua R. Louder, 34, of Waldoboro, operating under the influence (alcohol), with one prior, in Warren Nov. 7, 2025, $700 fine, 10 days in jail, license suspended three years; violating condition of release in Warren Nov. 7, 2025, 14 days in jail.
Matthew Mills, 55, of Owls Head, violation of gear rule, Chapter 75, in Owls Head Feb. 22, 2026, $250 fine.
Caleb Moody, 20, of Waldoboro, operating under the influence (alcohol) in Warren July 18, 2025, $500 fine; operating vehicle without license (conditions and restrictions) and violating condition of release both in Warren July 18, 2025, $200 fine with all the fine suspended for each count.
Leanne A. Palmer, 39, of Jefferson, operating under the influence (drugs or combination) in Rockport April 12, 2025, $500 fine, license suspended 150 days.
Noah Perey, 47, of Somerville, domestic violence assault in Washington Dec. 5, 2024, dismissed; violating protection order in Washington Dec. 16, 2024, 10 days in jail; domestic violence assault in Washington Dec. 16, 2024, dismissed; violating condition of release in Washington Dec. 16, 2024, dismissed.
Jarod D. Rackliff, 51, of Owls Head, operating or permitting operation of unregistered motorboat in Rockland Feb. 2, 2026, $100 fine.
Ranae L. Robbins, 55, of Thomaston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Rockland Aug. 26, 2024, guilty; unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Warren Sept. 7, 2025, $400 fine with $265 suspended; failing to notify of motor vehicle accident in Warren Sept. 7, 2025, guilty; violating condition of release in Warren Sept. 7, 2025, guilty.
Brian G. Smith, 59, of South Thomaston, disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures in South Thomaston Dec. 10, 2025, $250 fine.
Michael A. Steben, 25, of Union, unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Warren Jan. 31, 2025, $400 fine; violating condition of release in Warren Jan.31, 2025, $200 fine.
Steven A. Woodbury, 69, of Thomaston, operating while license suspended or revoked in Thomaston Sept. 3, 2025, $250 fine, 48 hours jail.
James Wotton, 56, of Friendship, violation of menhaden requirement, Chapter 41, in Friendship Aug. 18, 2025, $150 fine.
