Andrew J. Anderson, 50, of Waldoboro, operating while license suspended or revoked in Thomaston March 9, 2021, dismissed; operating while license suspended or revoked in Friendship March 15, 2022, $250 fine all suspended, seven days in jail; violating condition of release in Friendship March 15, 2022, guilty; operating while license suspended or revoked in Appleton Dec. 27, 2022; violating condition of release, failing to make oral or written accident report and failing to notify of motor vehicle accident all in Appleton Dec. 27, 2022, seven days in jail.

Shiloh D. Best, 42, of Camden, operating vehicle without license in Camden July 16, 2025, $150 fine.

Kenneth Carleton, 46, of Warren, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Thomaston March 6, 2023, $250 fine and restitution of $9.48.

Ruth H. Crandall, 56, of Rockland, failing to report in Rockland Feb. 3, 2025, seven days in jail.

Danielle Demeritt, 40, of Belfast, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, with priors, in Warren July 24, 2024, $1 fine and restitution of $10.04; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, with priors, in Rockland Feb. 5, 2025, $1 fine, restitution of $28; violating condition of release in Rockland Feb. 5, 2025, unconditional discharge.

Billy Ray Denman, 33, of Belfast, domestic violence aggravated assault in Warren Jan. 30, 2023, three years in jail, probation three years, restitution of $300; criminal mischief and violating condition of release both in Warren Jan. 30, 2023, 90 days in jail; unlawful furnishing of schedule drug in Washington June 10, 2025, 90 days in jail; violating condition of release in Washington June 10, 2025, 30 days in jail.

Justin Dennison, 48, of Rockland, fishing without a valid license in Camden June 10, 2024, dismissed.

Madison R. Dodge, 18, of Cushing, speeding more than 30 miles per hour over the limit in Thomaston June 21, $500 fine.

Michael T. Doucette, 47, of Rockport, refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force in Rockland June 29, 2025, $250 fine; criminal trespass in Rockland June 29, 2025, dismissed; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures in Rockland June 29, 2025, $250 fine all suspended.

Brianna R. Elwell, 18, of Rockland, minor consuming liquor in Rockland June 25, 2025, $250 fine.

Paul J. Garland, 40, of Oakland, theft by unauthorized use of property in Owls Head July 2, 2025, four months in jail.

Jessica Gray, 36, of Cushing, aggravated forgery in Rockland Aug. 20, 2024, dismissed; forgery in Rockland Aug. 20, 2024, 48 hours in jail; unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Warren Sept. 10, 2025, $400 fine.

Brian S. Lee, 47, of Rockland, violating condition of release in Rockland Sept. 3, 2025, seven days in jail.

Martin Link, 53, of Cushing, probation violation for original conviction of domestic violence assault in Cushing May 29, 2022, probation continued, no sentence imposed.

Dylan McClure, 27, of Rockland, operating after habitual offender revocation in Rockland Aug. 13, 2025, dismissed; driving to endanger in Rockland Aug. 13, 2025, $575 fine all suspended, six months in jail, license suspended 30 days; failing to stop for an officer and motor vehicle speeding more than 30 miles per hour over the speed limit in Rockland Aug. 13, 2025, six months in jail; aggravated operating after habitual offender revocation in Rockland Aug. 13, 2025, $1,000 fine, six months in jail; unlawful possession of cocaine base in Rockland Aug. 15, 2025, $400 fine all suspended, six months in jail.

James D. McInnis, 44, of Jefferson and Alna, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Thomaston April 28, 2022, dismissed; aggravated forgery and failure to give correct name, address or date of birth in Thomaston Sept. 14, 2024, both dismissed.

Devon McMahan, 39, of Rockland, assault, refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force, and disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures all in Rockland March 3, 2025, all guilty; violating condition of release in Rockland June 19, 2025; criminal mischief in Rockland July 14, 2025 in Rockland, guilty; criminal mischief, violating condition of release, two counts, all in Rockland July 21, 2025, all guilty.

Stephen Parece, 39, of Appleton, probation violation on a prior conviction of domestic violence criminal threatening case, with priors, 45 days jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Todd Preston, 38, of Rockland, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Rockland Jan. 4, 2023, 75 days in jail, probation partially revoked; domestic violence assault in Rockland June 4, 2025, dismissed; assault in Rockland June 4, 2025, $300 fine, 60 days in jail.

Alan Prior, 29, of Bremen, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Warren July 3, 2024, 48 hours in jail, restitution of $15.31; violating condition of release in Warren July 3, 2024, 48 hours in jail; failure to give correct name, address or date of birth and violating condition of release all in Rockland Sept. 1, 2025, 48 hours in jail.

Daniel T. Whalen, 53, of Rockland, driving to endanger in Rockport April 15, 2025, $575 fine, license suspended 30 days; operation of defective motor vehicle Rockport April 15, 2025, $500 fine all suspended.

Travis J. Wyman, 23, of Warren, operating under the influence (alcohol) in Warren Oct. 19, 2024, $500 fine, license suspended 150 days.
