Knox County Criminal Docket closed cases
ROCKLAND – The following cases were closed in the state court in Knox County from March 4-10.
Travis Bates, 22, of Waldoboro, 22, violating protection order in Thomaston Feb. 11, 2026, guilty.
Randall Blasius, 34, of Cushing, unlawful possession of heroin in Warren Oct. 19, 2025, $400 fine all suspended, six months in jail; violating condition of release in Warren Oct. 19, 2025, six months in jail; unlawful possession of fentanyl powder in Rockland Nov. 27, 2025, $400 fine all suspended, three years in jail with all but six months suspended, probation two years; violating condition of release in Rockland Nov. 27, 2025, 60 days in jail.
Scott Bradford, 52, of Rockland, disorderly conduct, offensive words and gestures in Rockland Dec. 23, 2025, $150 fine.
Kaleb R.Campbell, 26, of North Haven, keeping dangerous dog on North Haven Dec.21, 2025, $300 fine, restitution of $805.97.
Patrick H. Dube Sr., 43, of Warren, trafficking in prison contraband and possession of drug both in Warren March 6, 2025, both counts dismissed.
Aaron Fortner, 41, of Rockport, operating under the influence (drugs or combination) in Rockland Dec. 2, 2025, dismissed; operating under the influence (drugs or combination), no test, in Camden Dec. 15, 2025, $600 fine; violating condition of release in Camden Dec. 15, 2025, guilty.
Jessica D. Francis, 47, of Machias, theft by unauthorized use of property in Cushing Nov. 15, 2021, $250 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked in Cushing Nov.15, 2021, $250 fine.
Joseph Locke, 46, of Rockland, domestic violence aggravated assault, domestic violence assault, endangering the welfare of a child, domestic violence criminal threatening, and domestic violence reckless conduct all in Rockland June 1, 2025, all dismissed.
Daniel W. Mansir, 27, of Readfield, operating under the influence (alcohol) in Rockland June 14, 2025, $500 fine; violating condition of release, two counts, in Rockland June 14, 2025, guilty on both counts.
Pascale Mayhorn, 61, of Rockport, allowing dog to be at large in Rockport Jan. 16, 2026, $100 fine.
Jonathan G. Paul, 44, of Waldoboro, probation violation for original conviction of domestic violence assault in Friendship March 10, 2024, 72 days in jail, probation partially revoked.
Travis J. Pelletier, 29, of Canton, violating condition of release in St. George Jan. 20, 2026, dismissed.
Dakota Recor Pendleton, 22, of Lincolnville, operating under the influence (alcohol), one prior, in Rockland Sept. 29, 2024, $500 fine, license suspended 150 days; violating condition of release in Rockland Dec. 31, 2024, $250 fine all suspended; operating under the influence (drugs or combination), with one prior, in Rockland Dec. 31, 2024, dismissed; operating under the influence (drugs or combination), with one prior, in Rockland Dec. 31, 2024, $500 fine, license suspended 150 days.
Ranae L. Robbins, 55, of Rockland, aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs in Rockport Aug. 23, 2025, dismissed; violating condition of release in Rockport Aug. 30, 2025, dismissed.
Adam D. Ropp, 45, of Fort Lauderdale, Fla., operating without safety equipment in Rockland July 12, 2025, dismissed.
Louis J. Rubino Jr., 44, of Thomaston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Thomaston Sept. 29, 2024, six months in jail; theft by deception, with priors, in Rockland Aug.23, 2025, five years in jail with all but 18 months suspended, probation two years, restitution of $2,009.49; violating condition of release in Rockland Aug. 23, 2025, six months in jail; domestic violence terrorizing in Warren Aug. 30, 2025, five years in jail with all but 18 months suspended, probation two years, restitution of $2009.49; terrorizing, criminal trespass, and violating condition of release all in Warren Aug. 30, 2025, six months in jail.
Thomas Vadala, 32, of Warren, domestic violence aggravated assault in Rockland Feb. 2, 2025, dismissed.
Michele L. Wager, 58, of Spruce Head, unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Owls Head Jan. 23, 2026, $400 fine.
Stacy Grierson Wall, 54, of Thomaston, unlawful furnishing of scheduled drug in Thomaston Jan. 21, 2024, nine months in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Rockland Nov. 14, 2025, $400 fine, nine months in jail.
