Camden Hills Regional High School Girs Soccer teams command the field against Lewiston
Camden Hills Regional High School Girls Varsity Soccer Team bested the Blue Devils at Lewiston in a commanding win of 9-0 on Oct. 2.
Molly Williams, a sophomore, #10, netted the first goal for the Windjammers followed shortly after by sophomore Eve Domareki, #13, to secure the early lead.
The goals kept coming over the course of the first half with freshman Liv Domareki, #3, and senior/captain Maddie Cronkite, #6, adding to the tally.
Molly Williams and Eve Domareki were on fire and made the ball quite comfortable in the back of the net and the Windjammer girls mercied the game early after Maddie Cronkite fished another one in right at the end.
The team had a great showing of team effort, combining quick forward play with lock-down defense for a dominant shutout to send the Jammers home, feeling confident heading further into the season.
The Windjammers JV team didn't let up on the gas either finalizing a 4-0 win. They left the turf victorious after a very physical win, with freshman Rowan Witbeck, #9, putting in two for the Jammers, and freshman Margaret Galligan not failing to match her.
Liv Domareki is a freshman at Camden Hills Regional High School in Rockport.
