BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court Sept. 25 - Oct. 1.
Eleanor M. Nugent, 56, of Waterville, two counts of violating probation in Unity Nov. 16, 2021, seven days in jail for each count, probation partially revoked and continued..
Cole Libby, 30, of Liberty, theft by receiving stolen property in Liberty Aug. 4, 2022, six months in jail with all suspended and one year of probation; unlawful possession of methamphetamine in Belmont Dec. 14, dismissed.
Robert W. Studley, 53, of Palermo, probation violation in Palermo April 1, 2000, nine months in jail, probation partially revoked and continued.
Jennifer L. Atwood, 46, of Camden, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Stockton Springs Dec. 9, 2023, 108 days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued.
Tyler A. Inman, 27, of Frankfort, assault in Belfast July 1, 2024, dismissed.
Rodney Damon, 45, of Stockton Springs, failing to stop for an officer in Stockton Springs Oct. 7, 2024, seven days in jail; arson in Stockton Springs Oct. 12, 2024, dismissed; failure to control or report a dangerous fire in Stockton Springs Oct. 12, 2024, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Stockton Springs Oct. 12, 2024, dismissed; aggravated criminal mischief in Stockton Springs Oct. 12, 2024, five years in prison with all but 349 days suspended and two years of probation.
Cameron B. Philbrook, 49, of Searsport, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Belfast April 4, five years in prison with all but six months suspended, two years of probation, and $400 fine; unlawful possession of cocaine base in Belfast April 4, dismissed; displaying a fictitious vehicle certificate in Belfast April 4, dismissed; unlawful possession of cocaine in Waldo County May 6, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Waldo County May 6, dismissed; criminal forfeiture of property in Waldo County May 6, dismissed.
Harold Lavin, 47, of Winterport, domestic violence criminal threatening in Winterport April 27, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Winterport April 27, $300 fine
Robert McKinney, 30, of Belmont, failing to comply with the Sex Offender Registry Act in Belmont Jan. 15, 60 days in jail.
Yunior Y.C. Cruz-Mejia, 29, of Lewiston, operating a vehicle without a license in Belfast March 24, dismissed.
Michael G. Robbins, 49, of Deer Isle, two counts of unlawful possession of methamphetamine in Winterport June 5, both dismissed.
Chase L. Cook, 21, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked in Lincolnville June 5, dismissed.
Nicholas Chauvin, 45, of Knox, violating a condition of release in Lincolnville Sept. 30, 48 hours in jail.
Desmond Fitzgerald, 74, of Camden, operating without safety equipment in Lincolnville Aug. 10, $100 fine.
