Belfast Police beat
BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity April 13 - May 2.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
April 13
Angelina Rock, 49, of Belfast, was arrested for failure to appear.
April 14
Lisa L. Paige, 60, of Searsport, was arrested for two counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Belmont Ave, stemming from an incident March 31.
April 16
James I. Martin, 48, of Belfast, was issued a summons for manufacturing or reproduction of plates on River Road.
Brian Hyber, 33, of Augusta, was arrested for failure or refusal to provide identification, violating a condition of release, and refusing to submit to arrest or detention on Swan Lake Ave.
April 24
Samantha Buchanan, 35, of Belfast, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Starrett Drive.
May 2
Shawn Perito, 32, of Belfast, was arrested for domestic violence assault and refusing to submit to arrest or detention on Piper Stream Lane.
