Belfast Police beat
BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity April 5-14 .
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
April 5
Judy S. Hammond, 54, of Bradley, was arrested for operating under the influence on Shephard Road.
April 6
Derek Skillings, 33, of Frankfort, was arrested based on an affidavit and violation of bail.
Victor Amaro, 18, of Stockton Springs, was issued a summons for assault on Front Street.
April 10
Jamie Russell, 39, of Belfast, was issued a summons for possession of a schedule W drug on Jesse Robbins Road.
John Merrithew, 50, of Searsport, was issued a summons for unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on Field Street.
Melissa Dyer, 49, of Searsport, was issued a summons for unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on Field Street.
April 11
Tyler J. Damon, 34, of Stockton Springs, was arrested for failure to appear.
