    BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity July 27 - Aug. 11. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. 

    July 27

    Lacey Falzasano, 34, of Belfast, was issued a summons for keeping a dangerous dog on Swan Lake Ave. 

    July 30

    Michael P. Babineau, 25, of Belfast, was issued a summons for theft of services on High Street.

    Aug. 1

    William Pendergast, 41, of Northport, was arrested for operating under the influence, violating conditions of release, and issued a summons for imprudent speed on Lincolnville Ave. 

    Aug. 3

    Reid E. Maclane, 26, of Camden, was issued a summons for operating a motorized moped without a license endorsement on Route 1. 

    Aug. 4

    Katherine E. Allen, 27, of Belfast, was issued a summons for violating conditions of release on Church Street. 

    Aug. 6

    Christopher J. Cherry, 23, of Belfast, was issued summonses for assault and, terrorizing on Mill Lane, stemming from an incident July 26. 

    Keith Maynard, 44, of Belfast, was issued a summons for violating conditions of release on Doak Road.

    Robert A. Hughes, 44, of Belfast, was issued a summons for failure to give notice of an accident by quickest means on Doak Road in Belfast.

    Elizabeth M. Cunningham, 41, of Prospect, was issued a summons for habitual offender revocation on Waldo Ave.  

    Aug. 7

    Courtney N. Burns, 34, of Belfast, was arrested for domestic violence assault and violating conditions of release. 

    Aug. 10

    Dakota T. Sanford, 26, of Belfast, was issued a summons for operating without a license on High Street. 

    Aug. 11

    Chad Hamilton, 39, of Burnham, was arrested for failure to appear.
