BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity May 22 - June 10. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. 

May 8 (late entry)

Christian M. Marston, 30, of Camden, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Starrett Drive on March 26.

May 22

Kevin Dafoe, 30, of Camden, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Starrett Drive March 26. 

June 2

David J. Riley Jr., 37, of Belmont, was issued a summons for violation conditions of release on Belmont Ave.

June 6

Laurie Allen, 59, of Belfast, was issued summonses for two counts of disorderly conduct on Seaview Terrace.

June 8

Makayla S. Niles, 23, of Rockport, was issued a summons for failure to stop at a stop sign on Church Street. 

Joseph Frost, 41, of Belmont, was issued a summons for operating under the influence on Waldo Ave May 30.

Eric Stack, 52, of Waldo, was issued a summons for speeding 63 mph in a 40 mph zone on Waterville Road.
