Belfast Police beat

    BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity May 1-8. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. 

    May 3

    Tyler Cherry, 21, of Swanville, was issued summonses for improperly auxiliary lighting and inadequate tires on Main Street. 

    May 5

    Robert B. Ellsworth, 60, of Belfast, was arrested for failure to comply with the Sex Offender Registry on Waldo Avenue. 

    Joshua Miller, 48, of Belfast, was issued a summons for having a dog at large on School Street. 

    Morgan Mitchell, 25, of Belfast, was issued a summons for operating without a license on High Street on April 28. 

    Albert Russell, 36, of Belfast, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on High Street April 10. 

    May 6

    Damian L. Craven, 31, of Belfast, was issued summonses for operating after suspension, driving to endanger, and exceeding the speed limit by 30 mph or more on Searsport Ave. 

    David M. White, 45, of Lincolnville, was issued summonses for operating after revocation, violating conditions of release, and refusing to submit to arrest or detention on Market Street. 

    May 7

    Philip Dulude, 51, was arrested for violating conditions of release on Back Belmont Road.
