BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity April 14-23. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. 

April 14

Todd Dorr, 39, of Belfast, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, stemming from an incident Jan. 13. 

April 15

Imma D. Thomas, 19, of Belfast, was issued a summons for violation of a protection order on Piper Stream Road.

April 17

Dexter M. Look, 31, of Thorndike, was arrested for operating under the influence on Doak Road. 

April 19

Morgan N. Mitchell, 25, of Belfast, was issued a summons for operating without a license on High Street. 

Dallas M. Hatch, 36, of Liberty, was arrested for operating under the influence on Back Searsmont Road in Belfast. 

Andrew Armstrong, 34, of Belfast, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Wight Street. 

April 20 

Isaac Wright, 42, of Belfast, was issued a summons for criminal mischief on Starrett Drive, stemming from an incident March 31.
