BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity March 4-11. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. 

March 4

Damian L. Craven, 31, of Belfast, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on High Street. 

March 7

Felicia Moulton, 28, of Brooks, was arrested for disorderly conduct on Front Street. 

March 8

Gabrielle C. Coates, 20, of Belfast, was issued a summons for failure to register a vehicle on Main Street. 

Kevin B. Emerick, 38, of Brooks, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on Belmont Ave. 

Jane D. Moffitt, 71, of Stockton Springs, was issued a summons for failure to yield at a designated sign on Waldo Ave. 

Kimberly M. Wood, 46, of Bangor, was issued summonses for operating an unregistered vehicle and attaching false plates on Wight Street. 

March 10

Guillermo A. Garcia, 25 of Northport, was issued summonses for an inspection sticker violation, failure to provide proof of insurance, operating without a license, and operating an unregistered vehicle on Northport Ave. 

Ivan H. Vallagaves, 41, of Hancock, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on Searsport Ave.
