The Penobscot Bay YMCA invites the community to an evening of music, dancing, and a lively auction at its annual  Boogie for the Babes Benefit on Saturday, June 6, 2026, from 6:30 to 9:00 p.m. at the Camden Yacht Club.

Set along the waterfront, this 21+ event will raise critical funds for the YMCA’s early child care programs, which provide essential support for working families across the region.

Guests will enjoy live music from Sam Grinnell and Gen Gaus, as well as Minivan Carpool, along with light refreshments and a complimentary bar. The evening will feature a curated auction with standout items including a one-week stay at a five-bedroom beach house in Seagrove Beach, Florida, a three-night wildlife cruise aboard the Windjammer Angelique, and exclusive design pieces and consultation packages.

Proceeds from the event directly support access to high-quality, affordable child care, helping ensure that families in Knox County can work while their children learn, grow, and thrive in a safe environment.
