BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity Feb. 20 - March 19. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. 

Feb. 20

Anthony Ulmer, of Winterport, was issued summonses for operating after suspension and an inspection sticker violation on North Main Street in Winterport.

Feb. 25

Lucas Porter, 33, of Stockton Springs, was issued a summons for violating conditions of release on Resh Road in Searsport.

Feb. 29

Jason Rigby, 42, of Knox, was issued a summons for assault on Oak Hill Road in Swanville. 

Sean Donovan, 58, of Dixmont, was issued a summons for failure to notify the owner/operator of an unattended vehicle collision on Plaza Drive in Unity. 

March 8

Michael R. Ames, 34, of Northport, was issued a summons for disorderly conduct on Bog Road in Northport.

March 14

Brittany Saucier, 20, of Belfast, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Bangor Road in Prospect.

March 18

Anthony S. Fuller, 21, of Liberty, was issued a summons for unnecessary acceleration on Route 3 in Morrill.
