BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity March 20 - April 7.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
March 20
Amy Doak, 40, of Windham, was issued a summons for attaching false plates on S. Main Street in Winterport.
March 26
Cody Littlefield, 21, of Stockton Springs, was arrested for criminal operating under the influence on Cape Jellison Road in Stockton Springs.
March 28
Joshua Ellison, 24, of Swanville, was arrested for violating a condition of release in Swanville.
March 29
Lisa M. Ladd, 60, of Searsport, was arrested for criminal mischief, terrorizing, two counts of assault, and refusing to submit to arrest or detention on Main Street in Searsport.
Roland S. Ladd, 55, of Belfast, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on W. Main Street in Monroe.
