BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity June 19 - July 9.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
June 19
Benjamin Smith, 67, of Rockport, was issued a summons for operating with an expired license (90+ days past expiration) on Main Street in Lincolnville.
June 28
Cameron J. Stewart, 18, of Clinton, was issued a summons for speeding 30+ mph over the posted limit on Gordon Hill Road in Thorndike.
Heather L. Cunningham, 34, of Knox, was issued a summons for violating a condition of release on Cates Road in Thorndike.
Frank Pelletier, 70, of Benton, was arrested for unlawful possession of a schedule W drug on Bangor Road in Knox.
Rebecca Curtis, 32, of Montville, was issued a summons for possession of schedule W drugs on Bailey Road in Knox.
July 1
Eric Fitzpatrick, 39, of Unity, was arrested for disorderly conduct and violating a condition of release on Bangor Road in Unity.
Scott L. Leathers, 49, of Bangor, was issued a summons for speeding 30+ mph over the posted limit on Route 1A in Frankfort.
July 3
Jordan E. Sherman, 22, of Liberty, was issued a summons for furnishing or allowing consumption of liquor by minors on Marshal Shore Road in Liberty.
July 6
Donovan Conary, 28, of Swanville, was arrested for burglary, burglary of a motor vehicle, violating conditions of release, refusing to submit to arrest or detention, and criminal mischief.
