Richard D. York, 32, of Waldo, theft by deception in Northport Nov. 14, dismissed; home repair fraud in Northport Nov. 14, dismissed.
Harold E. Duprey, 62, of Burnham, failing to make an oral or written report of an accident in Unity Dec. 26, $150 fine; attaching false plates in Unity Dec. 26, $150 fine.
Nicolai Alatzas, 46, of Orland, failing to register a vehicle within 30 days in Stockton Springs April 15, $100 fine.
Tiffany Turner, 30, of Belfast, criminal trespass in Belfast June 28, dismissed.
Wesley T. Mott, 45, of Swanville, operating under the influence in Belfast July 6, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine.
Devin K. Landers, 24, of Monroe, operating under the influence in Belfast July 17, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine.
Clay Whited, 18, of Thomaston, operating a vehicle without a license in Liberty July 2, $100 fine.
Robert Rodriguez, 53, of Winterport, operating a vehicle without a license in Winterport May 11, $100 fine.
Cory Hollingsworth, 34, of Searsport, operating a vehicle without a license in Belfast June 30, $150 fine.
Bo D. Brassbridge, 32, of Frankfort, attaching false plates in Knox June 15, $100 fine.
Wayne C. McAtee, 46, of Lincolnville, hunting from a stand or blind overlooking deer bait in Lincolnville Nov. 2, dismissed.
David Wentworth, 65, of Kittery, lake and river protection sticker violation in Liberty June 11, $100 fine.
