    BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity Feb. 13 - March 6. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. 

    Feb. 13

    Benjamin J. Dugas, 29, of Orrington, was arrested for operating under the influence on South Main Street in Frankfort.

    Feb. 14

    James St. Pierre Jr., 29, of Belfast, was issued a summons for unlawful use of animals on Bluffs Road in Northport. 

    Feb. 22

    Ashley Duclos, 33, of Thorndike, was arrested for operating under the influence on Lang Hill Highway in Brooks. 

    Feb. 26

    Drew Higgins, 37, of Belfast, was issued summonses for criminal speed and failure to obtain a Maine license within 30 days of residency on North Searsport Road in Frankfort. 

    Feb. 29

    Zachary Lear, 21, of Unity, was issued a summons for reckless conduct on Young Lane in Unity.

    March 1

    Jacob M. Rose, 20, of Monroe, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on Lendall Corner Road in Waldo. 

    Jeremy Bennett, 30, of Brooks, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Ryan Road in Searsmont. 

    March 2

    Jeffrey A. Giacomuzzi, 34, of Jackson, was issued summonses for failure to provide proof of insurance and failure to dim headlights on Purple Heart Highway in Brooks.

    March 5

    Dylan Bucklin, 28, of Belfast, was issued a summons for failure to provide proof of insurance on Weymouth Road in Morrill. 

    John Damboise, 50, of Searsmont, was arrested for operating under the influence on Route 3 in Belmont.
