BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity Feb. 22 - March 1. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. 

Feb. 12 (late entry)

Zachary B. Lear, 21, of Unity, was issued summonses for violating conditions of release and terrorizing on Poors Mill Road in Belfast on Jan. 10. 

Feb. 22

Ashley M. Duclos, 33, of Thorndike, was arrested for operating under the influence on Lang Hill Highway in Brooks. 

Feb. 28

Daniel Smith, 32, of Augusta, was issued summonses for an inspection sticker violation, failure to provide proof of insurance, and operating after suspension on Augusta Road in Belmont. 

Ashley Ashby, 30, of Belfast, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on Starrett Drive in Belfast. 

March 1

Jeremy C. Greatorex, 42, of Stockton Springs, was issued a summons for operating under the influence on Back Searsport Road in Belfast.
