BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Department reported the following activity Feb. 6-17. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.
Feb. 6
Eryn E. McCloskey, 28, of Lincolnville, was issued a summons for operating under the influence on Mount View Road in Thorndike.
Matthew McIver, 34, of Thorndike, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on North Palermo Road in Freedom.
Joshua M. Pomeroy, 32, of Stockton Springs, was issued summonses for burglary and theft on Route 1 in Stockton Springs, stemming from an incident Dec. 22.
Feb. 10
Bradley Gerry, 53, of Pittsfield, was issued a summons for negotiating a worthless instrument on Route 1 in Stockton Springs, stemming from an incident Jan. 15.
Feb. 11
Kevin Johnson, 46, of Frankfort, was issued a summons for violating a condition of release on North Searsport Road in Frankfort.
Joshua Breault, 40, of Stockton Springs, was arrested for criminal mischief and disorderly conduct on Cape Jellison Road in Stockton Springs.
Feb. 16
James Cox, 68, of Belfast, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Belfast Augusta Road in Searsmont, stemming from an incident Feb. 2.
Feb. 17
Carson Jean-Fuller, 19, of Jackson, was issued a summons for imprudent speed.
