Waldo County closed cases
BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County unified court July 22-28.
Michael Sentell, 42, of Belfast, probation violation in Belfast Oct. 13, 2024, 14 days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued; domestic violence terrorizing in Swanville July 18, four days in jail.
Christopher Babb, 28, of Queens, New York, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Searsport July 17, 2025, five years in prison with all but 18 months suspended, two years of probation, and $400 fine.
Travis Smith, 44, of Newburgh, criminal mischief in Winterport Sept. 24, $500 fine; theft by unauthorized use of property in Winterport Sept. 24, $500 fine.
Yandril Mateo Nunez, 21, of Lawrence, Massachusetts, four counts of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Searsport Feb. 9, March 2, March, 9, and March 10, two years in prison and $400 fine for each count; aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs in Searsport March 10, dismissed; two counts of criminal forfeiture of property, both forfeitures upheld.
Nelkis A. Villalona Perez, 23, of Lawrence, Massachusetts, three counts of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Searsport Feb. 17, March 9, and March 10, two years in prison and $400 fine for each count; aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs in Searsport March 10, dismissed; three counts of criminal forfeiture of property in Searsport March 10, all forfeitures upheld.
Amanda L. Welch, 43, of Turner, operating while license suspended or revoked in Liberty, May 1, dismissed.
Bruce Cohen, 73, of Manchester, Maryland, assault in Belfast May 30, $300 fine.
Michael Kirsling, 45, of Belfast, operating an unregistered ATV in Brooks May 23, $200 fine.
