Brandon Gilman, 27, of Unity, operating under the influence in Unity Jan. 12, 2024, 364 days in jail with all but 21 days suspended, one year of probation, license suspended for three years, registration suspended, and $900 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked in Unity Jan. 12, 2024, dismissed. 

Carlos H. Sanchez Santos, 57, of Searsmont, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belmont Feb. 16, 2024, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Belmont Feb. 16, 2024, dismissed; operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast June 25, 2025, dismissed. 

Barbara Hewins, 49, of Newark, Delaware, criminal mischief in Freedom April 11, 2024, $300 restitution and unconditional discharge. 

Elizabeth Faulborn, 35, of Lincolnville, operating under the influence in Lincolnville July 4, 2024, dismissed; driving to endanger in Lincolnville July 4, 2024, $575 fine and license suspended for 30 days.

Brennan Grant, 23, of Thorndike, operating under the influence in Troy March 21, 2024, dismissed; driving to endanger in Troy March 21, 2024, $575 fine and license suspended for 30 days. 

Michael W. Lewis, 48, of Montville, operating watercraft under the influence in Liberty Aug. 10, 2024, dismissed. 

Dakota L. Brann, 29, of Warren, probation violation in Belfast Oct. 25, 2024, 170 days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued; criminal mischief in Belfast March 16, five days in jail; criminal trespass in Belfast March 16, five days in jail; violating a condition of release in Belfast March 16, five days in jail; criminal mischief in Belfast March 17, 60 days in jail and $1,400 restitution; violating a condition of release in Belfast March 17, 60 days in jail. 

Joshua Deprez, 50, of Rockland, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast Sept. 14, 2024, $350 fine. 

Allissa Bernard, 25, of Prospect, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over the speed limit in Winterport Oct. 25, 2024, dismissed.

Timothy Gotham, 44, of Belfast, operating under the influence in Belfast May 25, 14 days in jail, license suspended for three years, registration suspended, and $700 fine; domestic violence aggravated assault in Belfast July 24, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Belfast July 24, seven days in jail. 

Thomas Edgecomb, 34, of Belfast, failing to report in Belfast May 30, seven days in jail. 

Michael Goulart, 42, of Belfast, unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug in Belfast March 24, two years in prison with all suspended, two years of probation, and $400 fine. 

Justin Landers, 23, of Monroe, operating under the influence in Unity Oct. 20, 2024, 12 days in jail, license suspended for three years, and $700 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked in Unity Oct. 20, 2024, $250 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked in Prospect June 10, $250 fine. 

John H. Seavey, 38, of Waldoboro, unlawful possession of methamphetamine in Belmont July 9, nine months in jail and $400 fine.

Darrell Degreenia, 61, of Union, unlawful possession of methamphetamine in Belmont July 9, 120 days in jail and $400 fine; operating under the influence in Belmont July 9, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine; failing to stop for an officer in Belmont July 9, 30 days in jail.

Daniel Carchide, 44, of Searsport, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Searsport July 15, six years in prison with all but 18 months suspended, three years of probation, and $400 fine. 

Winifried P. Cates, 52, of Unity, criminal mischief in Unity July 17, 48 days in jail; disorderly conduct (loud/unreasonable noise) in Unity July 17, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Unity July 17, 45 days in jail. 

Raymond Brown, 23, of Belfast, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast Aug. 5, $400 fine; criminal trespass in Belfast Aug. 5, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Belfast Aug. 5, dismissed.

Heather L. Cunningham, 35, of Knox, violating a condition of release in Thorndike June 21, 24 hours in jail.
