Waldo County closed cases

    BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court  April 1-7. 

    Scott F. Mosher, 54, of Waldo, theft by receiving stolen property in Liberty Oct. 3, 2019, dismissed. 

    Gregory A. Stevens Jr., 26, of Swanville, aggravated criminal trespass in Swanville March 17, 2020, dismissed; aggravated assault in Swanville March 17, 2020, dismissed; criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon in Swanville March 17, 2020, dismissed; obstructing the report of a crime in Swanville March 17, 2020, dismissed. 

    Glenn Brown, 68, of Benton, two counts of murder in Waldo Oct. 5, 2020, life in prison for each count and $17,209.20 restitution. 

    Robert Vellaro, 45, of Belmont, unlawful possession of heroin in Searsport Sept. 26, 2020, 18 months in prison with all but 30 days suspended, two years of probation, and $400 fine; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Searsport Sept. 26, 2020, 30 days in jail and $400 fine; criminal trespass in Northport Jan. 26, 2021, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Belfast April 22, 10 days in jail; unlawful possession of methamphetamine in Belmont Aug. 16, 30 days in jail and $400 fine. 

    Harold Enman, 53, of Livermore Falls, operating under the influence in Belfast Dec. 3, 2020, license suspended for 150 days and $1,000 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast Dec. 3, 2020, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Belfast Dec. 3, 2020, dismissed. 

    William F. Atwood, 45, of Waterville, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast Oct. 10, 2020, dismissed. 

    Rodney Turner, 53, of Montville, theft by receiving stolen property in Palermo March 8, 2021, dismissed; operating under the influence in Lincolnville July 6, 2020, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Lincolnville July 6, 2020, dismissed; attaching false plates in Lincolnville July 6, 2020, dismissed; operating after habitual offender revocation in Searsmont March 2, 2021, dismissed; attaching false plates in Searsmont March 2, 2021, dismissed.

    Dave B. Bragg, 54, of Winslow, theft by receiving stolen property in Montville March 8, 2021, six months in jail and $1,982.53 restitution.  

    Gerald D. Gustafson, 58, of Searsport, operating under the influence in Searsport May 29, three years in prison with all but 90 days suspended, two years of probation, license suspended for six years, and $1,400 fine.

    Thomas Thomas II, 46, of Thorndike, domestic violence assault in Monroe Aug. 1, dismissed; violating a protection from abuse order in Monroe Aug. 1, 30 days in jail; operating while license suspended or revoked in Monroe Aug. 1, dismissed; operating a vehicle without a license in Monroe Aug. 1, dismissed; domestic violence assault in Monroe Aug. 1, 30 days in jail. 

    Thomas L. Martin, 49, of Liberty, fraudulently obtaining a license or permit in Liberty May 1, $200 fine. 

    Nicholas Parker, 34, of Belmont, failing to report in Belfast Feb. 18, dismissed.

    Michael A. Gagne, 33, of Montville, violating a fishing rule in Liberty Feb. 11, $100 fine.
