Waldo County closed cases

    BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court Feb. 26 - March 4. 

    Nadia Carter, 28, of Boothbay Harbor, probation violation in Unity Oct. 6, 2019, probation continued and no sentence imposed. 

    Allen D. Henry, 46, of Bangor, operating under the influence in Winterport Dec. 23, 2019, 48 hours in jail, license suspended for 150 days, and $800 fine; operating a vehicle without a license (beyond condition/restriction) in Winterport Dec. 23, 2019, 48 hours in jail; violating a condition of release in Winterport Dec. 23, 2019, 48 hours in jail. 

    Frederick Austin, 74, of Newport, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph above the posted limit in Jackson Feb. 11, 2020, dismissed. 

    Jeremy C. Bennett, 31, of Brooks, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast March 1, 2020, dismissed. 

    Alic Flagg, 18, of Searsport, domestic violence assault in Searsport Sept. 24, 2020, 364 days in jail with all but seven days suspended and two years of probation. 

    Wayne Parsons, 52, of Swanville, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast Nov. 10, $250 fine; operating under the influence in Belfast Nov. 10, dismissed.  

    Samuel P. Thompson, 22, of Prospect, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over the posted limit in Stockton Springs Dec. 29, $400 fine.
