Raymond Howard, MD, joins MaineHealth Primary Care and Walk-in Care Belfast
BELFAST — MaineHealth Waldo Hospital welcomes Raymond Howard, MD, to its Primary Care and Walk-in Care practice.
Dr. Howard and his family come to WH from Arnold Memorial Medical Center in Jonesport, where he spent the past three years as primary care physician and medical director, and Down East Community Hospital in Machias, where he was an emergency medicine physician and service chief. Prior to that, he spent three years as a primary care physician at Maury Regional Medical Group Primary Care-Mount Pleasant in Mount Pleasant, Tennessee.
Howard completed his residency in family medicine at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in 2019 and earned his medical degree from the University of Tennessee Health Sciences Center College of Medicine in Memphis, Tennessee in 2016. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Tennessee at Martin in Martin, Tennessee.
